Hydraulic bias jet servo valve to dual nozzle flapper valve as a preamplifier stage, biased proportional amplification unit as a power amplifier stage two coupling hydraulic servo valve. This valve has been successfully used by the school for profiling (liquid follower system), DC commutator chamfering machine (gas-liquid servo system), and diesel governor (gas-liquid and electro-hydraulic Moving system). This valve has the advantages of simple structure and process, low cost, low oil filtration requirements, small temperature drift, high working reliability and large flow gain. The disadvantage is that the energy consumption is slightly larger, the pressure sensitivity is slightly lower, but there is still room for improvement (the above-mentioned features and disadvantages are relative to the spool valve servo), it can be expected that it will be small and medium-power hydraulic servo system, Become a promising universal servo valve. In this paper, four main issues are discussed, namely: (1) the determination of the geometrical parameters of the biased proportional element and its load characteristics; (2) its optimization theory coupled with the dual nozzle flapper valve; (3) ; (4) how to effectively control the positive feedback generated by the actuator. 1971 British and American Patent Office issued a patent on this valve, but the instructions did not refer to the problem of feed back feed. The author of this problem was solved in practice in 1971. (2) (4) part of the first proposed, (1) part of the simple design of elements (5), but also independent analysis derived.
