以石油机具随钻震击器核心部件卡瓦材料为研究对象,采用金相(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)分析了回火温度对试验钢显微组织、冲击韧性及断口形貌的影响。结果表明,在500~565℃,随着回火温度的增加,试验钢冲击功显著提高,材料硬度下降;在575~585℃冲击功和硬度变化不大。在565~585℃,断口的微观形貌韧窝中的沉淀物逐渐呈现细小弥散分布。回火温度在500~585℃未开缺口的冲击功没有明显的变化,而开有夏氏缺口的试样冲击功显著升高。
Taking the kava material as the core component of the drilling jars for petroleum machinery, the effects of tempering temperature on the microstructure, impact toughness and fracture morphology of the test steel were analyzed by OM and SEM. The results show that with the increase of tempering temperature at 500-565 ℃, the impact energy of the test steel increases significantly and the hardness of the material decreases. The impact energy and hardness at 575 ~ 585 ℃ have little change. At 565 ~ 585 ℃, the precipitates in the microscopic dimples of the fracture gradually showed a small and diffuse distribution. Temperatures at 500 ~ 585 ℃ did not open the gap impact energy did not change significantly, and opened a Charpy notched specimen significantly increased the impact energy.
