本文对高效率磨削的机理和提高磨削效率的途径进行了必要的理论分析;对各种砂轮的磨削性能、砂轮成型方法和金刚石滚轮的制造工艺与修整条件进行了试验研究,得出了各种因素对砂轮磨削性能的影响。文章推荐了适用于进行高效率成型磨削的砂轮特性,磨削用量、修整条件、冷却压力与磨削液的配方。并且以直柄麻花钻头产品为对象,设计并制造出钻头沟背自动磨床,磨制出钻头产品。经过检验得知,磨制钻头的尺寸和形状精度、外观质量都高于铣制和轧制钻头。排屑与耐用度情况也较好。说明采用高效率磨削工艺对保证工件的尺寸精度,提高产品的质量和加工效率以及降低生产成本等方面都有良好的效果。
In this paper, the mechanism of high-efficiency grinding and ways to improve the grinding efficiency are analyzed theoretically. The grinding performance, grinding wheel forming method and the manufacturing process and dressing condition of diamond wheel are studied. Influence of various factors on grinding performance of grinding wheel. The article recommends a formula for grinding wheel characteristics, grinding load, dressing conditions, cooling pressure and grinding fluid for high-efficiency profile grinding. And straight-twist twist bit products for the object, design and manufacture of drill bit ditch automatic grinder, grinding the bit products. After examination, it is known that the size and the shape precision of the grinding bit are higher than those of the milling and the rolling bit. Chip removal and durability are also better. It shows that using high efficiency grinding technology has good effects on the dimension accuracy of the workpiece, improving the quality and processing efficiency of the product and reducing the production cost.
