教师专业发展是当前基础教育研究的重点和热点问题。幼儿园教师专业发展道路现实中遇到许多难点。通过对难点的深层次分析,发现在教师专业发展内涵、专业发展目标、专业队伍特征、专业发展手段等方面出现的问题都与教师的主体性发挥问题密切相联。在当前幼儿园教师专业发展内涵中要体现教师的主体性;在专业发展目标制定上要请教师进行主体性参与;在专业发展的难点问题上要开发教师的主体动机;在专业发展队伍上要体现主体队伍特征;在专业发展手段上要体现主人翁意识。
The professional development of teachers is the key and hot issue of current basic education research. Kindergarten teachers in the professional development of the road encountered many difficulties in reality. Through the deep analysis of the difficulties, it is found that the problems that arise in the connotation of teachers’ professional development, professional development goals, characteristics of professional teams and professional development means are all closely linked with the issue of teacher’s subjectivity. In the current kindergarten teacher professional development connotation to reflect the teacher’s subjectivity; in the development of professional development goals to ask teachers to participate in the main body; in the professional development of difficult issues to develop the main motivation of teachers in the professional development team to reflect The characteristics of the main team; professional development means to reflect the sense of ownership.
