本文报道了应用多普勒超声技术评价吸入一氧化氮(NO)对15例闭塞性肺动脉高压患者的疗效。结果表明,吸入NO后收缩期跨三尖瓣峰值压差平均降低22.5%(P<0.001),提示肺动脉高压和右心室阻力负荷显著减轻。左心室舒张末期容积平均增加12.6%(P<0.05),左心室舒张功能明显改善。
This article reports the application of Doppler ultrasound in evaluating the effect of inhaled nitric oxide (NO) on 15 patients with obliterative pulmonary hypertension. The results showed that the peak pressure drop across systolic tricuspid valve decreased 22.5% (P <0.001) on average after inhaled NO, suggesting that pulmonary hypertension and right ventricular resistance load were significantly reduced. Left ventricular end-diastolic volume average increase of 12.6% (P <0.05), left ventricular diastolic function improved significantly.
