我国正式加入WTO至今,中国经济进入了世界经济大循环。面对全球经济一体化的局面和知识经济时代,企业之间的竞争更加激烈、残酷。而这一竞争的交点,就是人才竞争。只有高质量的人才结构,才是企业进入WTO和参与知识经济竞争的准入证。在庞大且鱼龙混杂的人才市场中,面对众多手持各种学历文凭的应聘者,企业的应聘主管应抱以何种心态,从茫茫人海中选拔出既人格优秀,又确实符合企业需要,能为企业创造出巨大经济效益的人才呢?本文刍议,求教方家。
