当前时期,随着企业的发展受到来自国内外的越来越多的挑战,传统管理模式已经不能充分地满足企业进行现代化管理的要求,利用新的优势管理方式来取代此种旧有的管理方式,是企业维持其自身在目前的时代环境中健康生存以及发展的必然要求。而学习型管理方式作为一种新型的现代化的优势管理手段,则在近几年受到了日益增多的企业管理人员的青睐,如何使企业由传统的管理顺利过渡到学习型管理,以推动学习型企业的有效构建,是企业新时期的管理中重点考虑的问题。本文便通过对传统管理与学习型管理两种方式的特点进行对比,从两者分别具有的优势及劣势出发,探讨了我国企业构筑学习型的组织的相关途径,希望能够为企业现代化管理提供必要的帮助。
