本文利用透射电镜研究了一种新工具钢的微观组织。结果表明:虽然此钢合金元素含量不很高,但却形成了多种碳化物:M_(23)C_6、M_7C_3、M_6C及M_3C。并测定M_(23)C_6与α铁取向关系。
In this paper, transmission electron microscopy was used to study the microstructure of a new tool steel. The results show that although the content of alloying elements is not very high, a variety of carbides are formed: M 23 C 6, M 7 C 3, M 6 C and M 3 C. The relationship between M_ (23) C_6 and α iron orientation was also determined.
