目的 建立人体胎儿小肠 裸鼠异种培育模型 ,以用于人体小肠发育分化等的研究。方法 将 15例流产后的胎儿小肠 (胎龄 18~ 2 2周 )分割成每 6cm长的移植肠段共 70段 ,埋入 70只裸鼠 (年龄 4~ 6周 )背部皮下 ,在术后 4~ 6周 ,10周及 6个月分别活检行组织学检查。结果 术后 6个月有 2 4例模型的小肠显微结构同新生儿小肠 ,占模型 (6 6个存活裸鼠 )的 36 .4%。结论 裸鼠皮下人体胎儿小肠可以培育存活 ,以期用于人体小肠发育分化等的研究
Objective To establish a human fetal small intestine xenograft model of nude mice for the study of human intestinal development and differentiation. Methods Fifteen aborted fetuses (gestational age 18-22 weeks) were divided into 70 segments of 6-inch transplanted intestinal segments and 70 nude mice (4-6 weeks old) were implanted subcutaneously in the back. After operation, 4 to 6 weeks, 10 weeks and 6 months biopsy histological examination. Results Twenty-four months after operation, the intestinal microstructure of 24 cases was the same as that of neonatal small intestine, accounting for 36.4% of the model (6 6 surviving nude mice). Conclusion The human fetal small intestine can be nurtured and survived in nude mice in order to study the development and differentiation of human small intestine
