影响发光二极管 (L ED)颜色的光谱参数有 :峰值波长、带宽、主波长和质心波长。峰值波长和带宽反映了 L ED发光的物理特性 ,主波长反映了 L ED发光的目视感觉 ,质心波长是 L ED的几何对称波长。用分光光度法和 CCD器件测量 L ED的光谱参数 ,精度达 1nm。用质心波长来估算主波长 ,误差小于3nm。
The spectral parameters that affect the color of the light-emitting diode (L ED) are: peak wavelength, bandwidth, dominant wavelength and centroid wavelength. The peak wavelength and bandwidth reflect the physical characteristics of L ED emission, the dominant wavelength reflects the visual perception of L ED emission, and the centroid wavelength is the geometrically symmetrical wavelength of L ED. The spectral parameters of L ED were measured by spectrophotometry and CCD devices with an accuracy of 1 nm. The centroid wavelength is used to estimate the dominant wavelength with an error of less than 3 nm.
