混凝土防渗墙是基础处理的一项新技术,是筑坝技术上的一个突破,为我们提供了深厚覆盖层防渗处理的有效手段。为了在条件适宜的工程上大力推广使用,促进水利水电建设的发展,水电部于1977年12月17日至24日,在江西省柘林水电站工地召开了混凝土防渗墙技术经验交流会。参加会议的有水利水电战线和建工、煤炭、交通、冶金、铁道等部门71个单位的代表150名。会上,各单位交流了经验,水电部基建司负责人陈赓仪同志作了题为“我国混凝土防渗墙技术的概况和今后发展趋势”的发言。与会同志普遍认为,这篇发言总结了我国混凝土防渗墙的技术经验,对今后的发展具有一定的指导意义。为此,本刊特予整理,连同澄碧河土坝防渗墙的技术经验一并发表,供读者参考。
Concrete impervious wall is a new technology of basic treatment, which is a breakthrough in dam construction technology, which provides us with an effective means of deep seepage control of overburden. In order to vigorously promote the use of suitable conditions and to promote the development of water conservancy and hydropower construction, the Ministry of Electricity and Water conservancy convened a concrete experience seminar on concrete impervious wall from December 17 to December 24, 1977 at the site of Zhelin Hydropower Station in Jiangxi Province. There were 150 representatives of 71 units including coal-water, transportation, metallurgy and railway departments participating in the conference. At the meeting, all units exchanged experiences and Comrade Chen Yinyi, head of the Infrastructure Department of the Ministry of Electric Power made a speech titled “Overview of Concrete Cut-off Wall Technology in Our Country and Future Development Trends”. The participating comrades generally believe that this speech summarizes the technical experience of concrete cutoff walls in our country and has certain guiding significance for the future development. To this end, this article especially for finishing, together with the technical experience of the Impermeable wall of the Chengbi River earth dam together for readers’ reference.
