1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 均为男性,年龄在65～72岁之间。尿闭时间为48～72小时,膀胱破裂后至入院时间10～12小时2例,24小时1例,32小时1例。1.2 病史 4例均有慢性前列腺炎病史,在乡村医院均诊断为前列腺肥大所引起的尿潴留,4例均插橡皮导尿管而失败,改用耻骨上膀胱穿刺抽尿,最多者穿刺抽尿4次。1.3 临床症状 4例均有突然尿闭,尿门前小便时刺痛,随后出现少量血尿,下腹部逐渐隆起,腹胀,破裂时感腹内有“气球炸裂感”随之腹痛、腹胀减轻,
1 Clinical data 1.1 General information are men, aged between 65 to 72 years old.
