基于Web of Science数据库,采用文献计量学方法,分析了2000~2013年世界葡萄研究文献趋势、排名前20位国家、研究机构、核心作者、期刊、学科和研究热点等情况。结果表明:2000~2013年世界葡萄研究论文数量共5 360篇;文献产出量逐年增加,2012年文献数量最高;美国、西班牙、意大利、法国和中国葡萄文献数量居世界前5位,美国文献数量最多,为952篇;法国农业科学研究院、西班牙国家科学研究理事会、美国加州大学戴维斯分校、法国波尔多大学和美国农业部农业服务中心葡萄文献数量较多,中国农业大学和中国科学院分别位居第6位和第13位;最有学术影响力的核心作者来自中国,主要核心期刊是《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Vitis》、《American Journal of Enology and Viticulture》、《Food Chemistry》和《Journal International Des Sciences De La Vigne Et Du Vin》;主要学科是食品科学技术、园艺、植物科学、应用化学和农业综合学;花青苷、基因表达、白藜芦醇、香气物质和酚类物质(不包括花青苷)是其研究重点领域。
Based on the Web of Science database, bibliometric method was used to analyze the trend of world grape research literature from 2000 to 2013, the top 20 countries, research institutions, core authors, periodicals, disciplines and research hot spots. The results showed that there were 5 360 papers on world grapes from 2000 to 2013; the output of literature increased year by year with the highest number of literature in 2012; the number of grapes in the United States, Spain, Italy, France and China ranks the top 5 in the world, The largest number of 952; the French Agricultural Sciences Research Institute, the Spanish National Council for Science Research, the University of California-Davis, the University of Bordeaux, France and the United States Department of Agriculture Agricultural Service Center grapes literature more, China Agricultural University and Chinese Academy of Sciences Ranking 6th and 13th respectively. The core authors with the most academic influence come from China. The major core journals are Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Vitis, American Journal of Enology and Viticulture, Chemistry “and” Journal International Des Sciences De La Vigne Et Du Vin "; major disciplines are food science and technology, horticulture, plant science, applied chemistry and agribusiness; anthocyanins, gene expression, resveratrol, aroma substances and Phenolic compounds (excluding anthocyanins) are the focus of their research.
