本文探讨了初中化学教学中分层教学的课堂教学组织模式,即在认可每位学生个体认知方式和认知能力差异客观存在的基础上,对不同的学生采取不同的策略,因材施教,使之建构起与自己能力相适应的新的化学认知结构,得到全新的情感体验,达到个体知识与能力双赢的目标,最终缩小差异,达到班机整体优化,从而达到提高教学效率的目的.
