据国内资料的报导,溴化钾,666浸拌种籽,均有刺激植物生长,提高产量和品质的作用。如保加利亚1952——1953年用溴化钾浸种,棉花增产10—12%。中国科学院和华北农科所用溴化钾浸种,棉花增产12——20%。为着明确溴化钾溶液以及666粉剂在南部棉区对浸拌棉种的影响,以及在生产上利用价值,我们在国营地方松滋农场,就当地栽培珂字棉布置对比试验,获得初步结果,简报如下。 一、方法 1、0.3%溴化钾溶液浸棉籽24小时,凉乾一天,即可播种。浸种时药液温度21℃用量是棉籽16份,药液1.5份(棉籽浸24小时,吸水率111%),如浸种多,药液可适当减少。 2、0.5%666粉剂,乾拌棉籽,用棉籽16份,666粉1份。
