本文在对南宁外环公路大冲邕江特大桥8#墩无底双壁钢套箱进行受力分析研究的基础上,对原方案大桥8#墩无底钢套箱结构进行二次优化设计,并采用有限元软件建立模型,通过仿真分析对结构进行计算及验算,确定优化方案的可行性及合理性,后经付诸实施获得了圆满成功,可为其他类似工程设计提供参考。
In this paper, based on the force analysis of the bottomless double-wall steel box of 8 # pier of Da-Chong-ÜJiang Bridge on the outer ring road of Nanning, the second-order optimal design of the bottomless steel box structure of 8 # The finite element software is used to establish the model. The structure is calculated and checked through the simulation analysis. The feasibility and rationality of the optimization scheme are confirmed. After the implementation, the model has been successfully completed and can provide references for other similar projects.
