以苯并三氮唑和1,5-二溴戊烷为原料,采用传统回流法制得1,5-双(苯并三氮唑)戊烷(BBTP)有机化合物。在溶剂热条件下,以自制的柔性1,5-双(苯并三氮唑)戊烷(BBTP)为桥联配体,以卤素离子为第二桥联配体,通过与硝酸钬自组装反应成功得到三个稀土金属钬配合物。通过红外光谱、热重分析等手段对配合物进行了全面的表征。此外,还研究了配体及其配合物对腐皮镰刀真菌生长的抑制作用,结果表明配体及其配合物都具有抑菌性,其中配合物的抑菌活性较配体的稍弱。
Using benzotriazole and 1,5-dibromopentane as raw materials, 1, 5-bis (benzotriazole) pentane (BBTP) organic compound was prepared by the traditional reflux method. Under solvothermal conditions, self-made flexible 1,5-bis (benzotriazolyl) pentane (BBTP) was used as the bridging ligand and halogen ions as the second bridging ligand. Through self-assembly with holmium nitrate The reaction successfully obtained three rare earth metal holmium complexes. The complexes were characterized by IR, TG and other means. In addition, the inhibitory effect of ligands and their complexes on fungal growth of Scutella velocira was also studied. The results showed that the ligands and their complexes have antibacterial activity, and the antibacterial activity of the complexes is weaker than that of the ligands.
