在聋校,通过个别教育的方式对学生进行有效的思想道德教育,乃是教师日常工作中不可缺少的重要环节。一般来讲,教师在每次交流过程中,必须把握住聋生的不同心理特点,以便有针对性的进行教育,达到预期的效果。笔者总结常见的几种心理特点,在实际工作中可供借鉴。1.揣测心理被老师突然叫去办公室的聋生心理一般都比较复杂,不知是“喜”还是“忧”。他们都十分注意这教师的表情、语气和动作。
In deaf schools, the effective way of ideological and moral education for students through individual education is an indispensable and important link in the daily work of teachers. In general, teachers in each exchange process, we must grasp the different psychological characteristics of deaf students in order to conduct targeted education to achieve the desired results. The author summarizes several common psychological characteristics, in practical work for reference. 1.
