一、正确认识团队与团队行为模式(一)正确认识团队我们认为,所谓团队是指为完成挑战性极高的特殊任务,而由素质较高或差异很大的成员所组成的一种具有高度灵活性和适应性的组织。1.团队的特点根据上述定义,我们可以看出团队相对与其他的传统组织形式,存在以下的特点:(1)团队是围绕完成某一特定工作任务而存在的,也即说,当这种任务完成时,就可能是该团队解散之时;(2)团队成员是为了同一个目标而从不同部门、领域挑选出来的,因而素质相对较高、差异较大,所以对
