无产阶级文化大革命以来,各地粮食部门认真贯彻执行伟大领袖和导师毛主席关于“备战、备荒、为人民”的伟大战略方针,发扬“自力更生,艰苦奋斗”的革命精神,用一把泥,一把草的土办法创建的土圆仓,为储粮建仓闯出了一条新路子。经过几年来的实践,土圆仓在全国已有了相当的发展和提高。本期介绍了河北、天津、北京三省市粮食局调查总结土圆仓的抗震性能和建造的经验,供各地研究参考。希望各地结合当地实际情况,认真总结和狠抓一下土圆仓的建设。 Since the proletarian cultural revolution, the grain departments throughout the country have conscientiously implemented the great leaders and mentors Chairman Mao’s great strategic principle of “preparing for war, preparing for waste, and serving the people” and carrying forward the revolutionary spirit of “self-reliance and hard work”.
