采用磁场驱动的方法制备了Ni/环氧树脂功能梯度材料。连续变化的磁场是由机械驱动的永磁体往复运动产生。采用光学显微镜,图像分析系统和显微硬度仪对样品的显微组织、Ni的体积分数和显微硬度进行表征。结果表明:样品中Ni从上至下呈梯度变化,并进一步导致样品硬度呈梯度变化。实验结果表明,磁场驱动组元制备梯度材料是一种简单、快捷并且有发展前途的制备方法。
Ni / epoxy functional graded materials were prepared by magnetic field driving. The continuously changing magnetic field is generated by the reciprocating motion of a mechanically driven permanent magnet. The microstructure, Ni volume fraction and microhardness of the samples were characterized by optical microscope, image analysis system and microhardness tester. The results show that the Ni in the sample changes from top to bottom and further changes the gradient of hardness. The experimental results show that the magnetic field-driven component preparation of gradient material is a simple, fast and promising preparation method.
