教育部大学英语课程教学要求中明确规定要求大学英语学生应具备一定的翻译技能。应用关联理论翻译观指导翻译教学有助于让学生认识到翻译活动是一种涉及到原文作者、译者和译文读者的三元交际活动,培养学生在具体语境中对原文进行正确理解的习惯,以及准确地用文字传递出原文作者交际意图的翻译素养,从而提升大学英语学生的英汉翻译能力。
