[目的]了解上海市静安区中小学生及其家长的营养知识、态度、行为现状,并分析其影响因素,为后续营养干预提供理论依据。[方法]运用分层整群随机抽样的方法,选取上海市静安区2所小学、1所初中的学生及其父母为调查对象,发放问卷3 352份,回收有效问卷2 837份,分析学生及其家长营养知识、态度及行为的得分情况。[结果]学生的知识、态度、行为得分良好率分别为59.3%、78.3%、47.1%,家长的知识、态度、行为得分良好率分别为68.3%、92.7%、61.6%;影响学生知信行的因素主要为年级、父亲职业、父亲文化水平、母亲职业以及家长的知识、态度、行为得分。[结论]上海市静安区中小学生及其家长的营养知识水平虽然较高,态度积极,但是饮食行为还有待一步提高。
[Objective] To understand the nutritional knowledge, attitude and behaviors of primary and secondary school students and their parents in Jing’an District, Shanghai and to analyze the influencing factors, which provided the theoretical basis for subsequent nutritional intervention. [Methods] By using stratified cluster random sampling method, two primary schools, one middle school students and their parents in Jing’an District of Shanghai were selected as survey subjects, 3 352 questionnaires were distributed and 2 837 valid questionnaires were collected. Their parents nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior score. [Results] The rate of students’ knowledge, attitude and behavior scores were 59.3%, 78.3% and 47.1%, respectively. The good rates of knowledge, attitude and behavior scores of the students were 68.3%, 92.7% and 61.6% respectively. The main factors are grade, father’s occupation, father’s educational level, mother’s occupation and parents’ knowledge, attitude and behavior scores. [Conclusion] The nutrition knowledge of primary and middle school students and their parents in Jing’an District of Shanghai is higher and the attitude is positive. However, the dietary behavior needs to be further improved.
