Objective To observe the clinical effect of individualized continuous nursing in hypertensive patients. Methods 63 hypertensive patients were randomly divided into experimental group (32 cases) and control group (31 cases). Patients in the experimental group were treated with individualized continuation and patients in the control group received conventional care. The satisfaction degree of nursing between two groups of patients, the score of physician’s nursing effect and the quality of life score were compared. Results The score of nursing effect was (91.2 ± 4.7) and 87.50% in the experimental group, which were significantly higher than that of the control group (65.3 ± 5.1) and 58.06% (P0.05) ). The physiological function, body pain, energy, emotional function, physiological function and mental function score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The use of individualized continuation of care in the treatment of patients with hypertension can achieve better care results, thereby enhancing the overall quality of life. To improve the satisfaction of patients with hypertension, nursing care is worth further promotion.
