运用正挤压一次成形的“近净成形加工”技术,对航空液压泵中球面滑履零件实现了冷挤压的批量生产,通过对冷挤压件的尺寸精度及粗糙度的检验表明,该冷挤压件能实现球面尺寸IT7级精度和表面粗糙度Ra0.4μm的技术要求。对采用冷挤压与车削加工后的滑履零件进行硬度、金相组织、耐磨性等实验,结果显示,相对于车削加工而言,冷挤压后零件的表面硬度(拉伸强度)提高约35%,耐磨性能提高60%以上,节约材料50%以上,材料利用率达到90%,成形时间由车削加工时的每件3.5 min降低到15 s,加工效率显著提高。
Using the technology of “near net shape processing” which is forming once by extrusion, mass production of cold extrusion is realized for the spherical sliding shoe parts of aviation hydraulic pump.
