我国肉类消费习惯以食用猪肉为主,河南省作为中部养猪主产区,存在畜产品质量管控标准缺乏、食品安全信任危机事件时有发生、猪舍环境污染严重、畜禽粪水违规超标排放、农业保险道德风险增大等诸多问题,严重制约了河南省养猪业的发展。基于此,笔者通过对养殖产业链上、下游各环节的考察和调研,提出了河南省猪产业化“八统一”模式,即“统一种源、统一环境控制、统一生物安全、统一生产管理、统一信息化管理、统一毛猪购销、统一物流、统一融资担保”。实现了市场竞争力和畜产品质量的提升,铸就了食品安全,可以大范围推广。
The consumption habit of meat in our country is mainly edible pork. As the main pig producing area in central China, Henan Province lacks the standards of quality control of livestock products. The crises of food safety and trust have always occurred.
