研究了水灰比、泥灰比、石灰掺量及陶粒掺量对再生淤泥砖物理力学性能的影响。通过4因素3水平正交试验进行了再生淤泥砖的配合比组合设计,分析了各因素对再生淤泥砖性能的影响规律以及各水平间的差异关系。结果表明:泥灰比是影响再生淤泥砖强度和耐水性能最主要的因素,也是最显著因素,其最佳比例为3∶1。采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射方法对再生淤泥砖内部微观结构进行分析,结果显示,淤泥质中含有大量的活性SiO_2、Al_2O_3组分,这些组分在碱性条件下能激发内部活性,生成具有一定粘结强度的胶凝产物,从而对再生淤泥砖的力学性能起到提升作用。
The effects of water cement ratio, cement ratio, lime dosage and ceramic dosage on the physical and mechanical properties of recycled sludge brick were studied. Through orthogonal experiment of 4 factors and 3 levels, the mix design of recycled silt brick was studied. The influence of various factors on the performance of recycled silt brick and the relationship between different levels were analyzed. The results show that the ratio of sludge to cement is the most important factor influencing the strength and water resistance of regenerated sludge bricks. It is also the most significant factor, with the best ratio of 3: 1. The microstructure of the recycled sludge brick was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the sludge contains a large amount of active SiO_2, Al_2O_3 components. Under alkaline conditions, these components can stimulate the internal activity, Bond strength of the gelled product, which play a role in promoting the mechanical properties of recycled sludge brick.
