为了科学、准确地估测和预报江苏省张家港市农作物的生产力,为政府进行农业科学决策提供及时、准确、动态的农作物生产力信息,利用2005—2008年获取的TM和IRS-P6遥感影像,应用“3S”技术对张家港市主要农作物的生产力变化进行了动态估测和预报。张家港市遥感估测农作物种植面积的精度结果为,小麦平均96.49%,水稻平均92.79%以上;估测农作物产量精度结果为,小麦平均92.46%,水稻平均94.98%以上;利用“3S”技术进行张家港市小麦和水稻总产遥感估测值与地面统计值差异低于10%;利用构建的4年遥感估产模型,进行张家港市主要农作物产量预报,预计全市2013年小麦产量突破12万t,2016年水稻产量突破17万t。
In order to scientifically and accurately estimate the productivity of crops in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, and provide timely, accurate and dynamic information on crop productivity for the government to make decisions on agricultural sciences, the TM and IRS-P6 remote sensing images obtained from 2005 to 2008 are applied “3S ” technology has carried on the dynamic estimation and the forecast to the productivity change of the main crops in Zhangjiagang City. The accuracy of remote sensing estimation of crop planting area in Zhangjiagang City was 96.49% for wheat and 92.79% for rice. Using “3S” technology The difference between the estimated value of total output of wheat and rice in Zhangjiagang was less than 10% of the total value of the ground. Using the 4-year remote sensing estimated yield model, the yield of main crops in Zhangjiagang City was predicted. It is estimated that the output of wheat in 2013 will exceed 120,000 tons, In 2016, the output of rice exceeded 170,000 tons.
