肾上腺素与亚硝酸钠在中性介质中发生反应,其亚硝化衍生物具有良好的电活性。在pH9.20的B.R.缓冲溶液中,于-0.42V(vs.SCE)产生可逆极谱还原峰,峰电流与肾上腺素浓度在0.05~1.5mg/L范围有良好的线性关系,检测下限为0.025mg/L。用此法测定肾上腺素针剂,结果满意。
Epinephrine reacts with sodium nitrite in a neutral medium, and its nitrosated derivatives have good electrical activity. B at pH 9.20. R. The reversible polarographic reduction peak at -0.42V (vs.SCE) was obtained in the buffer solution. The peak current was linear with the concentration of epinephrine in the range of 0.05-1.5mg / L with the detection limit of 0.025mg / L. With this method of determination of epinephrine injection, the results were satisfactory.
