介绍了为冲压涡轮测试仪设计的基于机器视觉技术的现场自动化校准软件。通过该软件的开发,避免了因人工读数造成的数据记录异步性带来的方法误差,在现场校准工作完成的同时即可获得校准报告,极大地提高了工作效率。
The field-based automated calibration software based on machine vision technology for stamping turbine testers is presented. Through the development of the software, the method error caused by the asynchronous data recording caused by the manual reading is avoided, and the calibration report can be obtained while the on-site calibration is completed, which greatly improves the work efficiency.
