微格教学是六十年代美国斯坦福大学,以阿伯特·布什教授为中心的研究者,研究了如何提高教师的实践能力等问题,编制了斯坦福实习程序,开发了“微格教学”。微格教学即实验室教学,它是对师范生或为师资培训而采用的技术培训的课程,借助视听教育媒介——摄像机、录像机、录音机、电子计算机等,对课堂教学行为进行记录、及时地反馈评价,是师生有机结合,构成的一种小型教学活动。
