采用依赖细胞增殖 MTT 比色分析,研究脐带血清(CBs)和正常成人外周血清(nPBs)中IL—2、IFNa、TNFa 和 IL—6的活性.CBs 中的 IL—2活性(7.9792±5.3259IU/ml)与 nPBs 组(9.057±5.387IU/ml)相近(P>0.005);CBs 中 IFNa 活性(4.9516±3.4988IU/ml)显著低于 nPBs(8.3321±5.8202IU/ml,P<0.005);CRs 中 TNFa 活性(4.0577±3.59IU/ml)低于 nPRs(5.3258±3.9085IU/ml,P<0.05);CBs 中的 IL—6活性(7.81±3.7378IU/ml)显著高于 nPBs(4.2841±3.2569IU/ml,P<0.001)。结果提示,脐带血清中 IL—2、IFNa 和 TNFa 活性较低,是新生儿时期细胞免疫缺陷、机体的防御功能不完善的重要标志。
IL-2, IFNa, TNFa and IL-6 activities in cord blood serum (CBs) and normal adult peripheral blood serum (nPBs) were studied by MTT colorimetric assay. The IL-2 activity in CBs was 7.9792 ± 5.3259 IU / ml) was similar to that of nPBs group (9.057 ± 5.387IU / ml) (P> 0.005). The activity of IFNa in CBs was significantly lower than that of nPBs (4.9516 ± 3.4988IU / ml, 8.3121 ± 5.8202IU / ml, P <0.005) IL-6 activity in CBs (7.81 ± 3.7378IU / ml) was significantly higher than that in nPBs (4.2841 ± 3.81% ± 3.7378IU / ml, P < 3.2569 IU / ml, P <0.001). The results suggest that the cord blood serum IL-2, IFNa and TNFa activity is low, is a cellular immunodeficiency in neonatal period, the body’s defense function is an important indicator of imperfections.
