采用老龄(20~21月龄)雄性 VVi—star 大鼠,观察给予老龄雄性大鼠机体补充 Se后对全血、心、肝、肾的硒谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(SeGSH—Px)活性和脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量的影响。结果表明、机体补充硒后可使老龄大鼠全血和上述脏器组织 SeGSH—Px 活性升高,LPO 含量降低,从而起到延缓衰老的作用。
The selenium glutathione peroxidase (SeGSH-Px) in whole blood, heart, liver and kidney was observed in aged male (20-21 months old) male VVi-star rats after supplemented with Se. Activity and lipid peroxide (LPO) content. The results showed that selenium supplementation could increase the activity of SeGSH-Px in whole blood of the aged rats and the tissues of the organs, and lower the content of LPO, thus playing an anti-aging role.
