[本期嘉宾]GE(中国)有限公司人力资源总监王晓军女士王晓军,曾在中国国际信托投资公司(CITIC)、美国AT&T公司下属的北京AT&T光纤电缆公司从事过国际贸易、投资及企业管理等工作。于1994年加入美国通用电气公司(GE),参加了专为公司全球范围内有领导潜能的人力资源经理设置的两年人力资源管理培训计划,毕业后,她留在GE照明集团总部担任人力资源经理。1998年初,担任GE金融集团信息技术服务总公司、美国中北部地区人力资源总监,不久被提升为人力资源副总裁。
[Guest of this Issue] Ms. Wang Xiaojun, Human Resources Director of GE (China) Co., Ltd. Wang Xiaojun has worked in international trade, investment and corporate management at ChinaTIC International Trust & Investment Corporation (CITIC) and Beijing AT & T Fiber Optic Cable Company, a subsidiary of AT & T . Joined GE in 1994 and participated in a two-year human resources management training program for the company’s leading HR managers worldwide, where she left behind at GE Lighting’s headquarters for Human Resources manager. In early 1998, as GE Financial Group Information Technology Services Corporation, North America, human resources director, was soon promoted to vice president of human resources.
