小学语文作为工具性的学科是基础性的课程。教师作为课堂教学的组织者和引导者,是直接与学生接触,与学生交流,引导学生的直接责任人。课堂教学本身是动态的,师生之间的互动是关键,而在互动过程中离不开的即是沟通。也可以说沟通是互动实现的核心因素。良好的沟通能够对学生起到正能量的作用,相反失效的沟通则会很大程度的影响学生的发展,成为负能量。这其中最主要的是教师需要讲究一定的沟通艺术,确保自己沟通的有效性,进而提升小学语文课堂教学的效率,推动学生全面健康的发展。
Elementary school language as a tool of discipline is a basic course. As the organizer and guide of classroom teaching, teachers are the direct responsible students who come into direct contact with students, communicate with students and guide students. Classroom teaching itself is dynamic, the interaction between teachers and students is the key, and in the interaction process is inseparable from the communication. It can also be said that communication is a core element of interaction. Good communication can play a positive role in students ’ability. On the contrary, failure communication can greatly affect students’ development and become negative energy. The most important of these is that teachers need to pay attention to the art of communication and ensure the effectiveness of their communication so as to enhance the efficiency of primary language classroom teaching and promote the overall healthy development of students.
