研究了浙贝母低温解除休眠过程中过氧化物酶和酸性磷酸酶的活性变化。结果表明,鳞片近轴面表皮的过氧化物酶活性大大高于鳞片内部贮备组织的过氧化物酶活性,而和芽的酶活性接近。鳞片内部贮备组织的酸性磷酸酶活性在低温解除休眠的后期快速上升。
The activity of peroxidase and acid phosphatase in Fritillaria Thunnbergii under low temperature and dormancy was studied. The results showed that the peroxidase activity of the scale near the epidermis was much higher than the peroxidase activity inside the scales, but it was close to the enzyme activity of the bud. The acid phosphatase activity of the internal scale tissue of the scale rapidly rises at a late stage of release of dormancy at a low temperature.
