研究了SP825大孔吸附树脂对款冬花总黄酮的吸附和解吸特性,并考察了相关的工艺条件。结果表明,最佳纯化工艺条件为原药液(总黄酮质量浓度为29.09 mg/mL)稀释5倍,调pH为3~4以2 BV/h的流速进行吸附,最大上样量为44倍树脂体积,3 BV的70%乙醇溶液以1~2 BV/h流速进行洗脱。经SP825大孔吸附树脂纯化后的款冬花总黄酮纯度达60%以上,具有较好的纯化效果。
