为了研究某型单兵火箭弹在长时间储存后的性能变化规律,对其内弹道性能进行了静态测试和动态飞行试验。通过静态测试试验分析了不同储存时间火箭弹的最大压力和工作时间,通过动态飞行试验分析了不同储存时间火箭弹的初速和胶板状态。结果表明:随着储存时间的增加,火箭发动机最大压力减小,工作时间缩短,散布范围增大,但对使用安全不构成威胁;火箭弹初速也会随之降低,但是只要推进剂与固药胶不脱黏,初速下降就不超过5%。
In order to study the variation of the performance of a certain type of individual soldier rockets after being stored for a long time, the static and dynamic flight tests of the internal ballistic performance are carried out. Through static test, the maximum pressure and working time of rockets at different storage time were analyzed. The initial velocity and plate state of rocket at different storage time were analyzed by dynamic flight test. The results show that with the increase of storage time, the maximum pressure of rocket engine is reduced, the working time is shortened and the spreading range is increased, but it does not pose a threat to the safety of use. The initial velocity of rocket launcher also decreases. However, as long as propellant and solid drug Glue is not sticky, muzzle velocity does not exceed 5%.
