I still remember my daughter participating in the 60th anniversary celebration. Together with tens of thousands of high school students, I constructed a colorful “big screen ” for the military parade and celebration ceremony in Tiananmen Square. The 80,000 people involved in the activities of up to two or three hours, actually can not see the slightest mistake on the TV screen. When the show was over, I got out of business and asked her director how she managed so many people. Her reply was very simple at that time: it would be better to divide the people. What is the key to a manager doing his own thing? It is to distinguish what should be done by yourself, and what should be done to others.
