观察18例新生儿脐血及20例成人外周血T、B细胞(T、BL)增殖功能,TL亚群,体外BL产生免疫球蛋白(Ig)及沙眼衣原体主要外膜蛋白(CtMOMP)特异性抗体水平,体外TL产生白细胞介素2(IL-2)、IL-4、IL-6、r-干扰素、(IFN-r)及IL-10水平及其对T、BL功能的影响。结果发现新生儿T、BL增殖功能明显低于成人,BL增殖功能降低与TL增殖功能降低呈显著正相关。TL亚群中CD_4~+及CD8~+TL与成人接近,但CD4/CD8比值明显降低。新生儿BL体外产生的Ig及CtMOMP特异性抗体水平明显降低,以IgM为主。TL培养上清液(Tsup)中IL-4、IL-6及IFN-t水平明显低于成人。IL-4及IL-6水平降低与BL产生IgG及Ct-
To observe the proliferation of T and B cells (T, BL) in 18 neonates with umbilical cord blood and 20 cases of adult peripheral blood, the TL subgroup, the immunoglobulin (Ig) production in vitro and the major outer membrane protein (CtMOMP) of Chlamydia trachomatis IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IFN-γ and IL-10 in vitro and their effects on the function of T and BL in vitro. The results showed that the proliferation function of T and BL in neonates was significantly lower than that in adults, and the decrease of BL proliferation function was positively correlated with the decrease of TL proliferation. TL subgroup CD_4 ~ + and CD8 ~ + TL close to adults, but the CD4 / CD8 ratio was significantly lower. Neonates BL produced in vitro Ig and CtMOMP-specific antibody levels were significantly reduced to IgM-based. The levels of IL-4, IL-6 and IFN-t in TL supernatant (Tsup) were significantly lower than those in adults. IL-4 and IL-6 levels and BL produce IgG and Ct-
