Sea buckthorn is a widespread shrub that is cultivated in many countries.Many studies have been conducted to investigate the biochemical properties of its components, such as polyphenol, proteins and seed oil, and their effects on human health.In this study, xylanase from Streptomyces rameus L2001 was used to modify sea buckthorn dietary fiber to enhance the amount of soluble fiber.Conventional single factor methods and response surface methods were used to optimize the conditions.
