【摘要】

：

泛素化修饰是最早被发现的蛋白翻译后修饰,是在底物蛋白上加上泛素分子的酶促过程.由泛素活化酶、泛素结合酶与泛素连接酶催化完成.该过程在细胞周期的调控、DNA损伤与修复、细胞生长与凋亡、免疫应答与炎症反应、抗原提呈等多种生物过程中发挥重要作用,对该过程的精确调控具有十分重要的意义.泛素化过程可以在多个层次进行调控,然而近年来的研究表明,决定泛素化特异性的成分——E3连接酶及其它一些成分同样可以被泛素化
