Scientists and Researchers are longing for obtaining one method to detect multi-target protein in one drop sample and get accurate concentration data for a long time.There are more regular methods for protein assay,ELISA,Western blotting,etc,but accurate quantitative assay can not be given by Western blotting and only one protein detected by one ELISA reaction.A novel Multi-protein quantitative technique of flow cytometry,BD Cytometric Bead Array,named CBA,is set up by famous BD-Pharmingen,based on detecting techniques of flow cytometry.
