Aims: Cell-cycle regulatory proteinsand microRNAs (miRs) play important roles in cardiomyocyte hypertrophy, but it remains largely unknown how both coordinate during cardiac hypertrophy.Here we investigated whether miR-16 modulates cardiomyocyte hypertrophy by decreasing the expression of cell-cycle regulatory proteins.
