基于数字图像相关方法的复合材料本构关系反演方法的研究

  本文首次提出了采用数字图像相关技术(DIC)和静力有限元模型修正(FEMU)相结合的方法获得正交各向异性复合材料主方向平面内的本构关系。实验采用改进短梁剪切加载(Short Beam Shear),通过VIC-3D获得碳纤维增强树脂基单向带材料主方向全场应变分布,在假设材料初始本构的基础上,通过精确三维有限元模型获得主方向全场应力分布,通过全场应力-应变之间的最小二乘拟合确定初次修正的本构关系,并可通过少次迭代获得修正后最优本构响应。文中比较了该方法与传统的静力有限元模型修正获得的最优材料本构参数,目标函数以及迭代次数,研究了本构初值对反演最优本构参数的敏感性。
