EwenKe ethnic minority has a population of 26315,most of who currently live in Inner Mongolia.In this study,an efficient and accurate polymerase china reaction-sequencing-based typing method (PCR-SBT) was used to analyze Polymorphism Of HLA-DRB 1,DQB 1 and DPB 1 in 84 unrelated healthy volunteers from the EwenK ethnic group of Inner Mongolia.And a computer program for this method,automatic typing program (AGP ver 3.0),coded with JAVA language was also presented.Compared with other ethnic groups,Among the 25 DRB Ⅱ alleles detected,the most common allele was DRB1 x 03011 with a frequency of 14.88%,followed by DRB1 x 09012 and DRB1 x 04011 with a frequency of 13.69% AND 9.52% respectively.Among 20 DPB1 alleles detected,the most frequent DPB1 alleles was DPB1 x 02012 (24.4%),followed by DPB 1 x 0402 (22.6% ),and DPB1 x 0401 (20.2%) and DPB1x 0501 (10.7%).For the DQB1 locus,19 were detected,the most common alleles were DQB1 x 03011 (30.95%),followed by DQB1 x 0201 (22.02 %),and DQB1 03032 (14.27%),and DQB1 x 05021 (6.54%).
