Objective: To determine the expression profiles of BAFF and BAFF-R in FL tumor tissue and FL cell line and to evaluate the correlation of BAFF and BAFF-R expressions with clinicopathologic characteristics and FL outcome.Correlation between the expression levels of BAFF detected using immunohistochemical (IHC) and the serum levels of BAFF was also evaluated.
