　　Purpose:This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of percutaneous hydrochloric acid enhanced radiofrequency ablation(HRFA)for large hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)located in the caudate lobe of the liver and discuss all details with our experiences to make this novel treatment modality repeatable and educational.
