Prostate cancer(PCa)is the leading cause of cancer related-death for both Western and Asian men.Precision oncology requires specific diagnosis markers for differential patients especially in various ethnic populations.Prostate-Specific Antigen(PSA)level(threshold of 4ng/ml)has been widely used to determine cancerous stages and as guidance of pro-biopsy but false diagnosis frequently occurs.
