目的:探讨不同类型输尿管结石的治疗方法及疗效.方法:根据输尿管结石大小、结石在输尿管的部位、输尿管梗阻的程度及输尿管本身的病变,对346例输尿管结石进行分类,并对其治疗方法及疗效进行回顾性分析.结果:①体外冲击波碎术(ESWL)碎石者242例(69.9％),其中Ⅰa类结石3个月内结石排净率97.6％(81/83),术后转输尿管镜下碎石2例;Ⅰb类结石3个月内结石排净率92.9％(79/85),术后
